Announcing: The Kombucha Shop on Shark Tank

It’s exciting to see that The Kombucha Shop will pitch their homebrew supplies on ABC’s Shark Tank at 9:00pm this Sunday Nov 18.

Now, if only they could polish their Twitter feed which hasn’t seen an update since March (and only four posts in the last three years) they might be in with a chance to impress entrepreneur & Shark Tank host Mark Cuban. After all, if even a few of his 7.7 million followers decide to go take a look see at the Kombucha Shop profile there’s a golden opportunity to grab some free marketing.

Here’s a sneak peek at the pitch.

Fascinating to hear the numbers @The kombuchashop shared with the “Sharks” on the program. She asked for (and got) $350k for 10% of her company. She’s on track to do $1.7m in revenue in 2018 and each of the standard $45 kits ($49 on Amazon) costs her $11 to make. She built the company from an initial $800 investment. There’s *great money* in all kinds of kombucha businesses.
