After much soul searching and a difficult few years, we have made the decision to move on from our beloved business. This will be our last summer operating Vox.
Having operated for seven wonderful years, we’re extremely proud of the work we’ve done, the products we’ve created, and the successful brand we’ve built. Operating a small business is thrilling, all-consuming, exhausting, vulnerable, difficult, and gratifying, and we’ve truly given it our all. Now, we’re ready for the next adventure.
We’re beyond thankful for the support of our incredible community in Wakefield and beyond. The connections and friendships we’ve been blessed with will remain, and the countless lessons and memories have left an indelible mark on our lives. Our small business community here in the hills is a beautiful network of brilliant, hardworking, big-hearted people. We urge you to continue to support them as much as you can.
They claim to have a well loved and recognized regional kombucha brand, with loads of growth potential. The brand has attracted the attention of distributors. It is currently sold in cans and bottles at 30+ retailers in the Wakefield/Chelsea/Gatineau/Ottawa region.

The specifics of the sale are:

The sale includes all branding and packaging design, recipes, methods, and processes, as well as client list. The sale also includes an extensive line of nearly new equipment, available at far less than replacement cost. The brewery is currently operating at only 10-15% of capacity. Full capacity is about 200k cans annually.
